My name is Zion. I am made to make things. Right now I'm at a pharma giant, but I'm aiming at something different.

I work at BMS in the cellular therapy space- started as a site account contractor, earned a full-time spot in less than a year, now in operations. The scale is massive, the stakes are high, the speed is... not.

What I've learned: how to build and manage relationships that last, navigate enterprise complexity, spot where processes break, and improve processes in environments designed to resist change.

My work is worship—I take it that seriously. Which is funny because I'm hilariously limited in what I actually understand. Most of us are driven by the fear of being wrong. I refuse to live that way. I'm driven by curiosity about what happens when I am. This makes me either insufferable or useful. Depending on the day? Probably both.

I care about GTM that's built on conversations, not assumptions. Actually speaking to customers, finding signal amidst the noise, building things people want to buy. Most B2B companies do this backwards— they build first, ask later. Who can blame them? When struck with a golden idea, ship quick and figure out everything else later. Action is rewarded! I want to be in rooms where we're wrong faster, learn quicker, and figure it out at startup speed.
